Website Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 26, 2026

FamilyBeats is a product of Room for Tomorrow, Inc. This Privacy Notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website at “familybeats.com” (“website”) from where you may submit our signup form or contact us to express interest in FamilyBeats or request updates. This notice covers the website and related interest signups and inquiries only.

The website is informational: it does not offer accounts, registration or access to the private FamilyBeats web application. Submitting the signup form or contacting us does not enroll you or your family in the pilot and/or any other version of the application. Use of the application is governed by separate product privacy notices, terms and consents, including the FamilyBeats Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

1. What We Collect

We ask that signups and interest inquiries be submitted by adults aged 18 or older. Please do not include children’s names, ages, personal stories, health information or other sensitive details in a signup or initial inquiry. A general inquiry about availability does not require information about your child or family’s health.

2. How We Use Information.

We use signup and inquiry information to respond to your questions, communicate about potential FamilyBeats pilot participation or availability where appropriate, manage expressions of interest, and maintain the security and operation of our website. We do not sell personal information or use inquiry information for targeted advertising. We may reply to your inquiry and send FamilyBeats launch, waitlist and availability updates that you have requested. Each update email includes an unsubscribe option. We will not add you to a promotional mailing list solely because you contacted us or submitted the signup form; we send updates only if you ask for them. Broader marketing communications will be subject to separate notice and any required permissions, with a way to unsubscribe.

3. Service Providers:

The website is hosted using Netlify, and the signup form is processed using Netlify Forms. Form submissions are stored in the Netlify Forms dashboard, which our team accesses through our Netlify account. Netlify uses Akismet, a service of Automattic, to screen form submissions for spam. Interest emails are received through a Google-hosted Gmail account. Netlify receives and stores the information you submit through the form and makes it available to us. Netlify also processes technical information associated with website visits, and may process standard request information such as IP address and browser information in connection with form submissions, to provide hosting and security. Netlify lists Automattic (Akismet) as a subprocessor for form spam filtering. We do not forward form submissions by email or connect the form to a customer-relationship, analytics, advertising or other marketing tool. Requested updates are sent, and any subscriber list or export we keep for that purpose is a copy we control. Google processes the messages and associated information sent to our Gmail account to provide email services. Their processing is subject to the terms and privacy practices applicable to those services. We do not authorize these providers to use inquiry information for our targeted advertising. Provider processing may involve storage or access outside your state or country; this notice does not promise a particular storage location.

4. Children and Teenagers.

The website is intended to provide information to adults considering FamilyBeats for their families. It does not offer accounts or registration for children or teenagers. FamilyBeats itself is intended for participants aged 13 and older, with additional authorization and consent requirements for teenagers aged 13–17. We do not use unsolicited children’s personal details or health information to evaluate pilot interest. If we receive such information, we remove information that is unnecessary to handle the inquiry and, where a response is needed, ask that an adult contact us without those details. If we learn that an inquiry was submitted by a child under 13, we delete the child’s personal information unless limited retention is required or permitted by applicable law for a specific purpose. We do not treat an unsolicited message as permission to enroll a child or teen, retain their health information, or bypass the application’s separate authorization and consent requirements.

5. Retention.

We retain signups, interest inquiries and related records, including Netlify form submissions and copies in update-sending tools, exports or other records we control, for up to 12 months after the last substantive interest-related contact, unless you request earlier deletion or withdraw your interest. Sending you an automated update email does not, by itself, restart this period. At the end of that period, we delete the signup and inquiry information from the records we control unless a limited record is necessary for a specific legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. We keep only the limited consent or unsubscribe record needed to honor your choice, such as your email address, the date of your request and its status.

Any information retained for a specific legal purpose is limited to what is necessary, used only for that purpose and deleted when no longer required. If you subsequently join the application, its separate privacy notices and retention rules govern application information; this website notice does not authorize continued retention of unnecessary inquiry information.

Technical hosting logs are retained under the provider settings and operational requirements applicable to Netlify’s hosting service. Provider-managed copies of form submissions, spam-screening records, backups, messages or technical records may follow the provider’s separate retention and deletion processes. The inquiry-retention period above is not a representation that every provider-managed copy is individually erased on the same date.

6. Your Privacy Choices.

You may request information about your signup or inquiry, ask us to correct or delete personal information, stop updates, or withdraw your interest by contacting: privacy@roomfortomorrow.com

We may take reasonable steps to verify requests before responding. You can also stop updates at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any update email or by emailing privacy@roomfortomorrow.com. When you ask us to delete your information, we delete your Netlify form submission and copies held in exports, update-sending tools and other records we control, subject to the retention exceptions above, keeping only the minimal record needed to honor your choice.

7. Changes to This Notice.

We may update this notice as the website or its data practices change. We will post the revised notice on this website and update its effective date. For a material change affecting inquiry information we already hold, we will provide a prominent website notice and, where appropriate, notify affected correspondents by email. We will provide any additional notice or obtain any consent required before applying a materially different use.
